tv overlay

i wanna make the tv overlay for the current ind pak series.

i know the graphics side of things, am experienced in photoshop, but i dont know how to incorporate it into the game. can someone gimme a tutorial on how to make the tv overlay, pls.

hey how do i make .tga images transparent in photoshop

i mean when i replace a .tga file in sky sports overlay say skydog i get a white area surrounding the logo.

how do i make the white area transparent.

how do u use config editor??? once u select the gob file....nothign actually happens. :S

ok i found out that i have to do summin with the Screen ID 1 (inmatch) = tv overlay in the config editor. but what? how do i sue this? i dont understand it. its just a load of variables...i dont knwo which one refers to which graphic?

well the entire thing refers to the TV graphics each value denotes something. like xpos and ypos determines the position of the tga. height and width denote the size of the tga. and texture denotes the file to be used for that part. just install any TV graphics patch and then look at each line to know what they do.

If you look at BgColor = "ffffffff"
The first 2 f's represents the red colour(in hex 0 to ff), the second 2 f's represent green colour, the third 2 f's represent blue colour and finally the last 2 f's represent the amount of transparency (again 0 to ff) of that particular textbox or window. Adjust the last 2 values to get the desired amount of transparent textbox or window.

i want to change the exsisting white to black.
