:laugh Didn't notice that. Probably all the steroids I've been taking. Annoyingly all the muscle has gone to the shoulders. Gregg Valentino begs to differ that big shoulders don't make you look cool as well.

Isn't that the guy who's muscle burst because had taken too many steroids? Seen the video in PE a few years back, not nice.

It is indeed. He was using old needles, dropping them on the floor and just blowing them off and using them again. He inevitably got an infection, and instead of going to the hospital like normal people would, he decided to drain the blood from the haematoma using a needle, which almost killed him. He then needed emergency surgery to save his arm. Complete twat.

It caught on in Hawaii tbf. You're right though, anyone outside Hawaii, who doesn't properly understand Hawaii Pidgin using the word 'brah' deserves a slap.
