lol... Been working out pretty hard for last few months mate. The pic before that was almost a month old. Thats how i changed size

And then one for you boys to laugh at. This was me moments after throwing up (I denied it despite the evidence) at our club's end of season awards night. In all fairness it was the first time I'd been drinking since I split up with the missus. It was never going to end well (I threw up once more and passed out on a mate's sofa).
