Right now my laptop is not with me, but I'll give you a small tip on how to achieve that. You have to use the Topaz Clean plugin for photoshop. That's all I can say now, and I think that's all I have to say because there is really not much in the effects. I'll upload the PSD when I get back my laptop.

You have only made your logo terrfic,all other logos looks like you created them in 1990's
