The way of drafting is a super flop idea, specially the way Nipun is doing. I have very valid reasons for it.

It goes like this that you have to pic your nationality players. So those who are from England or Aus they will be picking the stars first, like (Flintoff, Pietersen, Ponting , Clarke ....etc. ) so the team (nationlity) will have those players more . This means

Kandy Kobras already have 4 major Lanka players.

Dilshan
Sangakara

And soon more teams will have teams like that, (majority national players) This will really made the whole thing Unrealistic. It will look like a full house International team than a customization one. Another main reason is the time. Members cant take players everyday at same time or when the draft do take palce. The meber who can atatin will fetch big stars and others who cant will have to recruit short names likes of Fernando, Irfan Pathan .......etc. If we do cut this most nationlity players thing then everyone will end up getting a balanced team imo. I have post my views on it now its up to all of you.

I know that you are majorly concerned about the indian and australian teams but look at bcv's and madhur's team arn't they shaping well,i don't think any of their player is bad
