So, kayj, can you please tell him how to improve, rather than just screaming awful? That just discourages the maker.

By the way xtrm, you have a lot of potential. Keep making graphics, and follow tutorials! If this is what you are doing with no tutorial or anything, then it is decent, man. Try using lighting effexts, textures and avatars don't really require text all the time. A simple stock with good lighting is all you need for an avatar.

Image is from ESPN cricnfo, most of their images are hq so i get images from there..

Well all the effects you added made the image bad. Don't overdo the effects

effects are overdone in KP and make sure you hold shift while resizing because the stock dosen't looks good or maybe you overdo the effects so the stock looks LQ .Follow tuts .
