Your Cricket What cricket bat do you use?

Finally decided to get a new bat, and got the bat I've been wanting for a while. Woodworm Hard-Drive. Decent grains, thick edges, lovely thick bow, and pretty well priced at £155. Has a cracking middle. Am yet to use it in a match though.

No they don't. You're judging that on Woodworm's previous reputation, which has changed. Alot of the guys on the CricketSupplies forum now speak highly of Woodworm's new range of bats. Woodworm have changed their supplier and are now getting wood of far better quality giving the bats longer life span and the same high quality as the old bats. Woodworm's reputation has changed to the people in the know.

That's good news then-my teammate hada flame and the umpire used it to knock the stumps into the ground and then the bat suddenly cracked straight down the middle. And it was a very long crack as well.

I've got a Puma Ballistic, the gold one. Prety hefty at 2'11 but I don't mind it. Pretty big middle as well. Puma's are good bats...

A medium sized or large sized coconut tree branch when playing near the beach. Hands get rough quickly and the forearms become stronger. Jayasuriya fan, thats why.
