What Was The Last Thing/s You Bought? Thread

FREDDOOOOOOS!!! Thanks God they're still 20p. Dunno what i'd do without them to sustain me...

I remember the good old days when this used to be 5p in England. Only 8-9 years ago, when I was in primary

Damn, those look sweet. I've been playing BF3 with just one speaker, it sucks.

I'm guessing those were pretty pricey? I need a pair of headphones too but am looking at the $40-50 range

I bought them for 3800 INR, that is roughly about $80. Mind you, they're bloody awesome for that price range!

Under $50, you can check out some of the Turtle Beach ones. I've heard they're pretty good.

Got a foot rest for my desk lol. Hopefully it makes me have better posture when I'm sitting at it

Ordered Battlefield 3 on PC, should arrive tomorrow. I have it on PS3 and love it but just not a fan of FPS games on console with the controller. I've been tempted to get on PC for a while and finally just went for it.:thumbs

Foot rest's good if your feet don't reach the floor properly, but for good sitting posture, what you really want is something like this:

Forget the JML version - it's more expensive and those stupid plastic spheres just make it really uncomfortable. Get a basic version from Amazon for around ?3-?5. They stop you slouching - they retain your spine's standing shape when sitting.

I tried the Fellowes version:

and I found it rather uncomfortable - not to mention it being a good ?35 more expensive!! Another advantage of the mesh version is they're easily removable if you wanted to put it on another chair. The Fellowes is less so.

My feet touch the foor properly but because I slouch they go quite far under my desk, kinda hard to explain. I'm hoping that by making them have to go in a more natural position it'll help me not slouch as much. As well as that it's also a bit of a mental aspect, when I have my feet on the footrest it reminds me that I should be sitting properly
