That knee was dodgy even before I took up running, so running was always going to set that one off sooner or later. Four mile run yesterday though and barely a whisper from my knee - hopefully things will remain that way.

Ha, no - that's a stock piccy. Did 7.61km today, no problems at all. Anyone with a dodgy knee who wants to carry on running, I'd recommend it without hesitation.

What kind of fish were you after? what type of tackle did you use? how were you fishing?

Can't really recollect as it was two years back, but I guess it was a the local carp that we find here. The tackle was given to us by the hotel, but let me tell you it looked professional.

It's just sad that I have to think you have to be a Tommy Topper.
