Saw an Indian grocer on the way home from cricket. Took opportunity to buy Fenugreek seeds, 'proper' Garam Masala. Hopefully now curries may taste a little better.
Also impulse bought a Corriander and Mint sandwich spread, that's going to be interesting.
(Fenugreek impossible to find in a normal supermarket here, Garam Masala apparently much better from a proper Indian place.)

Sounds lovely I can't do any hot (as in spicy hot) food I have to have everything mild. But I do love the flavors of this style of cooking.
