Nope, no headrest - but this sort of chair with a headrest isn't that common, believe me I've tried to find one!! Those big, tall 'executive' chairs have a headrest and so on, but they're not designed for sitting in at a PC for hours. Maybe it's possible to buy separate headsets that attach to the back somehow, but I've never seen such a thing. I'm not fussed though, it's very comfortable and goes all the way up to supporting my shoulders, which is fine.
What's your budget for your new chair, how long did you have your last one for and why don't you like it anymore? Bet it was lost cushioning, like my previous chairs?
