You just attach it to the arm of your chair and it makes mousing much more comfortable.
It's designed to be flexible as well - so puts a lot less pressure on your arm/wrist.
This makes any chair much more comfortable - even more expensive chairs such as mine don't always come with proper adjustable lumbar support. However, I removed the 'massage spheres' as they just make it really uncomfortable - without, it's a much better product.
Both highly recommended - Sit right can be purchased pretty much anywhere (you can get something that's pretty much the same product, but without the bothersome 'massage spheres') , but I had to get the Ergo Nav from the States. The mousing surface can be a bit small for some games, but that's easily remedied by giving a mousemat a cardboard backing and putting that on top of the Ergo Nav.
Oh - and how could I forget:
It'll have to wait its turn, as several other games have 'pushed in', but I'm sure it will be great, it sounds even better than the first one.
