anyone knows the whereabouts of these guys???
1.sachinisgod - tournaments and SAV's on demand.
2.ajit - fixture editor.
3.the champ - great stories.
they made cricket 2004 worth playing with their hard work.
now we need them for cricket 2005.

I'm puzzled as to where Sachinisgod is.

Champ told me he has some sort of training course that he has to attend for a month or so. Hopefully he'll be back soon.

Not sure about Ajit.

exactly, because the same old fixtures and tour formats get boring fast.
so, if any of you guys are around, we require your services. :-)

how did he make the match files? was it done through the fixtures editor or did he have to hex edit the file or something?

nah not throught the editor...
he ,i suppose ,hex edited it.
cause ,once the editor came out ppl rarely reqd him.

oh ok. coz that would be something that i would be keen to learn how to do if anybody knows??? if not we can wait until he comes back

I think he created a thread somewhere on how to hex edit.

hey, where is the legendary patchmaker BOSS??
boss, if youre reading this, cricket 2005 needs your work!!
also, if SAM's reading this, cricket 2005 needs your work even more!!!

to be honest i dont know why everyone is looking for AI patches. i find if you play the game you normally would in real life its a good contest. i lost my first test (see story thread) against south africa by 3 wickets... a great match. the only thing that needed to be done were the bats which where, the overlays which have been done and a player and lineup editor so its accurate. other than that i think its pretty good

I tried eddies ai patch and tutsi's and find them both excellent..But in the mean time i am playing with no ai patch on

i think you're right guys. nothing against the game, but just thought it would be even a more polished game if these guys pooled in their efforts. the present modders are doing an outstanding job, no doubt, but just with things like a fixture editor and like Mwaugh said a player editor, the game could be much more enjoyable.
