I do hope that we will not be left out yet again and not get an update for the major faults like yorkers hit for six off the back foot.

Last year Transmission went belly up and now no knews about any patch...!!!

Hello...!!!

Anybody out there???

Is there anybody out there?

Is there anybody out there?

hello ------- hello

Is there anybody out there?

There is no one out there. You are on your own. :noway

Doesn't matter if there is anyone out there, truth is there will be no patch because they are under no pressure to make one. They know full well that we will all buy the next edition regardless. All they have to do is make the online work and change nothing else and people will buy it. In 2012 all they have to do is maybe make the fielding better and nothing else and people will buy it!! It's sad but true. Untill there is competion in the cricket game market, they have us by the short and curlys and theres nothing we can do about it, except not to buy. But that aint gonna happen, and they know it!!!

i waited for the patch but then sold my copy online at the same price i imported.Got 100 percent trophies and played it a lot. Will do the same with next edition if they didn't fix online issues.

I guess Codies and trickster already forgot they made IC 2010.

These people should be sued for selling broken products first of all.

A patch is coming :yes.
It will even have its own name
International Cricket 2011 :sarcasm

IC 2011 will require a patch. Can't you tell by looking at the history of the last two installments?

You know what, I think Codemasters are about to get a giant kick up the ass and big wake up call.

Big Ant is coming out with a game using Move technology this Winter (Oz summer) and Trine supposedly are releasing a game on 360/ps3 in 2011.

Whether or not those games are good is irrelevant. People will buy them and that will cut Codies market share by 2/3rds.

Also, if one of those games turns out to be halfway decent then Codemasters are well and truly flinged because the cricket gaming community know precisely the level of commitment Codies show to cricket.

All of us are suckers for a cricket game, we buy them because choices are few and far......................................................far between. Now all of a sudden there are 3 choices (assuming all goes as planned)

Tell me which person is going to trust Codies again over two new publishers. I know I will not be. I will be buying the Big Ant game and Trine's installment before I buy Ic11, if I buy it at all.

God bless the free market and competition.

Best post contributor PC Awards 2010, BS, lol.

I agree with your sentiment!. They have ripped us off, considering the input we had in the game development after AC 2009.

I will do Google on the Big Ant and Cricket game.

It uses ps3 move and 3d technology apparently. That gimmick alone will destroy Codies sales.

I was ok with no support for AC09 because Transmission folded, but the last straw for me was the way they went silent after IC10. I felt.....used

You're damn right. I will be trading in both AC09 and IC10 - and I don't care if it only gets me 20 bucks. I don't want them in my house anymore, and I'll never trust Codemasters again.

I will be buying the Big Ant and Trine games. It's time to put Codemasters behind us, and look to other companies with better ethics and a decent standard of customer service.

How can they release a game which can not be patched for some unknown reasons?

I wonder whether they will release a patch once it is released in Australia soon. Just wishful thinking I guess.
