Ulcer in the stomach is an awful thing to have, cure it as maximum possible you can do, because if it will get very bad, surgery will be applied where some part of the stomach will be cut. I don’t know what interests you have besides sport but spicy food, fast food and alcohol plus cigarettes are prohibited, forget them. No soda, juices from stores and sour products also.
