Widescreen resolutions

Hey guys,

If there is one thing I hoped would NOT happen is that this game not support my laptop resolution. and thats what happened. my 17inch widescreen has a res of 1920 by 1200. however the game config shows only max of 1600 by 1200.

I posted this at the codies, but realised how usless those forums are..there are a lot better programmers here.

If anyone can pls crack the resolution barrier, he would make me the happiest BLC player.

presently at the 1280 by 1024 res I am playing....players look compressed vertically. :crying

This sounds like something for Tom or Sam. I remember Tom doing something with resolutions but I've got a feeling that was for C2k5 not BLIC.

I agree with you whole-heartedly. My laptop runs a resolution of 1440*900 and while I can play Half-Life 2 and C2K5 (thanks to tom's patch) on it at that resolution, I can't with BLIC or a number of other games. I hope some code monkey out there can solve this.

TOM and sam....pls make us this resolution patch. that will totally change BLC for us widescreen users.
