When raising a bid simply choose font color for your team's name as anything that is not black. That way everyone knows exactly whose bid was incremented at the time you post. But do not forget to leave every other teams' names in black.

E.g. Now if jack ryder wants to raise bid amount on Graeme Smith after this post, he places "Saints" next to Smith's name and in color any except black. Color of "Xtremely Xplicit" should also go back to black in his post.
