I have 2 pc's one running Win xP and the other Me. On
XP cricket 2004 runs fine. On Me, I could install but when
I try to run, it shows a black screen and then crashes back to Windows desktop. No error msg though.

On ME, I could run BLC and cricket 2002 demo fine. I ran dxdiag, the directdraw & direct3d tests are running perfect. VPI
drivers (4in1) are uptodate.

Actually when I try to run Easy Info, it tries to gather
system information but aborts in the middle saying
"cricket 2004_ez.exe cannot run. error encountered"...

Any suggestions on how to fix this? Pllleeeease.

If the '2000' in the OS information on the back of the game is refering to ME than yes but I don't see any ME..?

Minimum Configuration

Looks like it's suppose to be compatible!

It definately is compatible with Windows ME. I have tried it on my friend's PC. Anyways try updating the drivers for sound, coz it generally a problem and upgrading your directx.

Also state the log created.

Where do I find the LOG file? I can't find any in the cricket 2004 directory.
