Team Wolves - They have reached the finals.
Team Lizards - A slightest of chance is present to ensure Lizards reach the finals. They need Wolves to beat the Devils and they need to win against Dragons which means on head to head basis Devils lose to Dragons who in turn lose to Lizards, meaning they qualify

So if the above case happens, that Wolves beat Devils and Lizards beat Dragons, then you will be left with a 3 way tie for the second place which cannot be resolved by head to head and you will have to resort to NRR.
