To do that we would need regional qualifiers… I mean I could run an Asian Test Championship but I cannot figure out a good format for the life of me.

Just do it based off rankings, eg best ranked CONOC and NASACU teams, and best few AFCON, ASCON, EUROCON teams. This'll also limit the Europe overflow

I dont really mind it either way honestly, it does make sense to have teams from all regions but this in a fantasy league like this regions dont really affect much and the good European teams might feel hard done by if their spots get taken up for no real reason
