Player Signing Rules

Squad rules
* Every players should be under the license of ICC.
* Players retired in 2011,2012 are permitted.
* 20 Players in each of the squads.
* 13 Locals, 7 Overseas
* At least one player representing the associate nations.
* At least 2 domestic players.

Player Signing/Draft rules:
* Draft will begin tomorrow 12PM [GMT]
* No list of players, You can use cricinfo for help.
* Don't pick the players for next round before other managers pick their players.
* If a manager fail to post his picks of the round for 12 hours, other managers can start the next round.

Well, you have to pick 2 local players in the first round so the time does not matter here since no other manager can't take your country's player.
