Richie Benaud says "I think that was a bit of a risk as batting onthe last day will really be hard"

So England get started but bad news already as off goes Strauss to a mix up with the running

More wickets drop and then Bell consolidates with some big shots until hes caught

Find out the result tommorrow!

u freak you stole my idea I am alreay playing this.

Firstly to clear up anything, I had no idea anyone else was doing the same/similar tournament. I'm sorry if it seems I am copying you. That is the last thing I would want to do.

We welcome you back to this interesting test. England now struggling with 106-5.

Can Flintoff save the day?

But more quick wickets fall and England are soon down to the last pair at 114-9

No tailend miracles, last wicket falls and England finish 115 all out with this one finishing them

cricket6.jpg

So New Zealand are off but they to are struggling and fail to take advantage of Englands failure posting 199 all out

cricket7.jpg

Now its Englands turn again, they need to do better than last time but Trescothick then Strauss both get caught early on

But a true captains innings takes England to a reasonable total of 287 all out

Thats the end of day 2. New Zealand will have 3 days to try and reach 204 to win. Join us tommorrow fo more exciting cricket

Welcome to Day 3 of this great test. New Zealand require 204 runs. It seems like an easy task.

Early wickets disrupt New Zealands plans though and then the whole order collapsed with this the dominoe that started them off

New Zealand came out from lunch looking like this

New Zealand slump to a 96 all out meaning England win their opening match by 107 runs!
