Worst Games Ever

I can only say the games I've played, and that's not many, but the worst out of them would have to be Premier Manager 2003-04 and Mirror's Edge.

Agreed, it's got such deep gameplay - I just hope the next one is set in London!

It's just badly designed. They took out loads that was originally in, and nerfed the gameplay so it was just stale. The Space Age was best, but getting there was a struggle. Even that got tedius though, constant attacks on your planets and stuff.

Hmm...I was thinking of getting it at some point, but I don't know now.

As to Jaws Unleashed, it does look crap, but I wouldn't mind having the demo for a bit of a laff!

Edit: Actually, that should also encompass all recent Fifa PC games, since they've been continously recycled since Fifa 2004, but none have been such a blatant copy as Fifa 10 is.

I'm with you. Played NBA Live from about '04 (on the old Sega) till about 2006 on the Xbox360 then realized there was another game called the 2k series (2K9, 2k10 etc.)

2K is so much better and realistic and will never go back to EA's Live series...

Graphically, sure. Some years they're the best ones out there in that respect. But the game engine hasn't changed at all for at least 5 years. They just keep improving on it little by little. The 2K franchise, as others have mentioned, is so far ahead in gameplay its not even funny. They seem to completely overhaul defense in the game every release just trying to make it better instead tweaking here and there like EA does. And offense on EA is just crap. Can't remember which year it was now, but with a good enough player you could do a layup from the three point line! Another thing I hate about their games is that as you play in higher difficulties all the game does is make it harder for you to shoot, whereas in 2K it seems you have more control and the better you know the game of basketball the more likely you are to succeed. Unlike EA its actually more fun to play on the highest difficulty.
