XBOX 360 player profiles

Hi just started playing the game today on XBOX 360. I was wondering when you fire the game up it searches for a profile but it never finds one. I have save files for the game wouldn't they go under some sort of profile? How do I create a profile and save under the profile as it recommends?

Well, when you start the game for the first time, you obviously don't have a saved profile so when it asks "retry or continue" press A on continue. Then to make a new profile, go to pavillion or options and hen you will see "profiles" press A when there and you'll see "load profile" & "save profile". Save your profile on one of the slots and select a storage device [hdd or memory unit(if you have one)] then whenever you unlock something, don't forget to save you're profile. Now when you start you're game some other time, then press A on the storage device on which you saved your profile and it should load you're profile with the things you have unlocked.
