I brought the Xbox version a couple of days ago even though it does not have a save game because I could not look at poor Ps2 Graphics. My brother and I only play it on hard and we are having some trouble batting. We can slog over mid on - pretty regularly for at least a 4 or 6 depending on the bowler and we can also play a cover drive and also the clip off the hip for 4.
BUT !!!! We are having huge problems trying to play a straight drive past short mid off and mid on along the ground when they are up near the bowler, we never beat the fielders. Also I was wondering has anybody been able to play a cut or pull/hook shoot on hard and time it properley for a boundary. Also I think the net practice facility is not very useful because it is on gabba grass and not on a turf pitch.
I would just like to know have you guys been able to play any of the above shots because I would like to be able play something more than a lofted on drive or the clip off the hip. Hints would be appreciated
