I checked the other teams forum... One good thing going on Is they are having voting for selecting the captain... Why cant we follow that? We can ask who all are interested in being a captain and then have a vote to choose them.. That will be nice right, so that all the players will have a chance to really be a part of the team.. Think about that... @Ali. @ImNeer and @Sodium

Don't say it will be like copying others idea... It is a good thing I don't thing its wrong in following that...

We are 11 of them and most experienced players like Zax , Tarzan , LFC are inactive. We had a plan to allocate them each with captaincy of different formats. But if any of the other players are interested then I will surely discuss this with Team management and announce our decisions soon.

What I am trying to say is don't just allocate simply... First make a announcement and ask who all are interested ... Then have a voting.... Again if you discuss between the management no point in changing anything right... Having something interactive like this will increase the activeness of all our players, which will be helpful for us.
