Unfortunately negotiations at the last minute broke down, and no agreement could be reached on the signing on fee. Therefore sadly Dipak is no longer joining the team

However when one door closes another one opens and Xplicit are pleased to announce our 4th and final co-owner of the franchise as being @Rabbit Hood. Very experienced member of the forum who couldn't wait to join us (obviously)

Is there really any point in this competition now as everyone else is already playing for second place..?
And this coming from a Birmingham City fan...?

TL;DR

One door closes due to disinterest so you move on to break down someone else's with a chloroform rag in your hand, drag them back to your 'Xplicit Circle' (:lol) and then proceed to torture them in your dungeon until they give in to your demands.
Sounds about right methinks.

More experienced players will be rated better, but newbies can also perform well.

Thanks. What I precisely wanted to know was how are these ratings arrived at? Do the team owners decide them? I have seen leagues where players in the team are assigned contracts (A, B and C). Higher the contract, better are your skills.

The league management (@RUDOLPH and @Na Maloom Afraad ) decide the ratings.

As per the opening post in the PCPL sign-up thread... PC players experience, trainings purchased & activity bonuses are factors that determines the players ratings. Unfortunately the new sign-ups will be rated lower than the more experienced players as per ^ reasons. But do not take it personally, all of us started as inexperienced players and worked ourselves up. See it as a right of passage type of..

Now i understand why you selected Caz as owner. She can give anyone an headache with her spamming. Why else would you bench an owner for half the season?

Bit harsh isn't it. She likes to have banter, none of it is meant in any seriousness. Also how active would these threads be if the banter was taken out, seriously?

EDIT - she has been in the nets having lessons from Warne, so a full season of matches awaits. Oh, & the ball has your name all over it :p

Don't be frightened little boy come back with proper cricket banter all because you're too frightened of a girl you hide behind silly words...
