s it easier to actually hit the stumps when bowling at the computer when they place defensive or play with a straight bat?

Stumpin the computer takes sum effort n practice... rite now I can only run them out n catch by the keeper
if the computer plays defensive it really plays defensive.. u will eventually get bored n say wtf

and when playing english county cricket do you play championship and national league games alternatley like in real life?

I am not sure ... I dun like domestic stuff but I m sure sum1 will answer tht question for u

1) If u have played test is it easier to get players out?
2) Which bowler type can swing the ball?
3) Is there a custom tournament where you create your own tournament?
4) Is there some sort of career mode for international or domestic teams?

1. Batsman dun retire cuz the season is only 4 yrz long

2. yes H Singh has a truban .. pretty cool

3 Edges are realistic to a certain extent ..

4. LBW pretty avergae ... no 3rd umpire

5. if u mean like high in the air and then sum1 catchin it ... yea cuz therez a sixer button if u dun hav enough courage it goes high in the air n comes back down

Another thing tht I remembered.. 3rd umpire thingy is pretty kool unlike c2k2 here u wun kno wots the decision the first time u c the replay ...

1. Tests are boring I quit the match rite after the 10th over... thtz just my opinion every1 plays defensive ... its not like c2k2 no mid ons no muid offs therez ppl everywhere

2. I think its medium fast not quite sure or maybe slow arm

3. havnt seen a option where it sez "Custom tournament" or anytin of tht sort .. .so 90% no

4. No intertional season mode or career mode ... They just play games :'( but there aare international tourz which is pretty kool

2) In tests, do left handed cpu batsmen still leave the ball thats hitting the stumps to right arm over the wicket bowlers ?
3) Does the cpu still bowl loads of short/yorker length deliveries every over.
4) does the cpu bowlers now bowl around the wicket - (especially left arm spinners)

1) I will leave it 2 u ... I am a newbie for c2k4 ... n after 7 overs the score was 39/4 ... I was IND n CPU .. Bangladesh!!

3) typical 6 ball over - 4 short - mid range deliveries n 2- yorkerz/bouncers .... but I think this all depends on the fieldin positions

4) I havnt played that much cricket 2004 to find out sorry

R run outs realistic? like direct hits etc

Are the actions of shoaib brett etc diff

or the same???

The only reason I dont post screenies is bcuz my gradphics adapter ... its 3 year old and the gfx look awful on it it juss makes me sick but as long as games work I cna manage

The practice nets are very similar to the 1z in c2k2 .. I have only hit 1 six till now n it was when my batting courage was full. .. it takes a long time to get it full

come donw the track n press teh sixer button (havnt tried it yet but could work)

Run outs are a big improvment ... so much more exciting

no changin of the kits but the modders on this site sure can .. its very similar wit c2k2 ... the directories n everytin

Hmm, I was under the impression it was identical to Rugby 2004 and all zipped up in one huge 400mb file.

However I am. I got Cricket 2002 in 2003 due to a good friend who got it for me from India.

now I wanna know is there anyway i can buy it online and have it shipped to USA?
I cant find any sites that ship to U.S.A...anyone know any sites ?

YEa ur rite I saw the BAts fodler its all in .tga files n the rest is in 2 files called

cricket _pc.gob which is 800 mb

snd_pc.pak which is 160 mb

When chasing large totals does the oppisition try to smash its way to the total

also when chasing totals in general does the oppisiton actaully try and win or does it defend like in 2002 sometimes.

and finally can you put state players in the aus squad and vice versa? :cheer: : :unfazed:
