I think you mixed up the hindi word order.

According to me, It should be :

1.Deviyo aur Sajjano, Namaskar aur Swagat hai aapka iss Dakshin Africa banaam Pakistan ke antarashtriya ekdivashiye mukable me.

2. Jordar taaliyon se swagat kare maidaan ki taraf badhte/jaate inn dono salaami ballebazo ka.
