IPL Indian player(s) accuse Buka Naan staff of discrimination (racism?)

Racism or not, one thing is sure that there is two camps in KKR. One comprising of Bukka and stuff and another comprising of Indian guys. They are at loggerheads, I assume. So if KKR wins a single match in this IPL, it'll be a miracle really.

why would he want more foreign players?

that needing foreign players part is just as stupid as --> :brickwall This is Indian Premier league which was supposed to promote & expose the Indian youth players' hidden talents outside. Why in the hell he wants foreign players? Was he alright? The main motto and purpose behind this IPL seem to have lost. Thats why ICL was better than IPL but unfortunately... they(ICL) didn't have enough power in their hands to dominate the world wide popular, IPL!

It seems just KKR team is finding some ridiculous excuses for their defeat. Sour grapes! No one can deny that they didn't play like a team. Hence they deserve those losses. As i said, Ireland of 2007 WCUP side is 1000 times better than KKR side!

Jadeja talking about Chopra and Bangar? :laugh Those two blokes were never fit to play cricket in first place. :rtfl and those two are not India's hidden talents.. They are perfect examples of India's lucky survivors without talents in cricket still :p

'You Indian, you do what I ask you to do'," Jadeja said

Oh my god I've never heard someone say such bad things to a another human being before. If he has proof why doesn't he come out and say it, don't come out and say that a player has told you about it. It just sounds like young Indian players having a whine, oh wait am I being racist too.

I knew something was up, or else why would he want more foreign players

He wants more foreign players because the Indian players suck, if there was more foreign players other countries might actually watch this crap.

It was not the motto of IPL... It's main aim was to promote Indian youths. If he wants something like that, let him go and start his International Premier League and have his own kingdom there... Not here in some rubbish manner!

The talent of a coach comes when a worthless player gets converted to an exceptional one... Not using the exceptional ones always! If thats the case, those players can play by themselves without requiring the coach  If this chap cannot handle it, let him go instead of crying for more foreign players which makes no sense to IPL's main motto!

I'm not talking about how good a player is, I'm talking about their attitude. There are so many young Indian cricketers that behave like spoiled brats, and I'm guessing a few of them don't being like being told what to do.

Did you go and witness those things? Are we aware of the things what had actually happened?

Even if they have spoiled attitude, then for what purpose a coach is sitting? Just to sit and keep eating and watching their exceptional players performing? It's coach duty to guide them in a correct way than crying for more performing players. Only a person going in wrong tracks can be corrected and not the person going in right track! The one who brings the other in right track is a perfect mentor..Remember this.

It sounds like that's what the coaches are trying to do.

'You Indian, you do what I ask you to do

By saying that it sounds like they must be coaching them something or trying to anyway. And your statement makes no sense, did you find that on the internet and paste it in here. Please explain what it means, because to me it sounds like jibberish.

Maclovin didn't quote the full sentence.

It was not "you Indian"
It was actually,

You BLOODY Indian, do as you are told

This was said to Ajit Agarkar by KKR bowling coach Andy Bichel during that Super Over match against the Royals. Agarkar was fielding- and all of a sudden he was called off by Bichel. Agarkar, surprised, went to Bichel and asked him, "Why did you do that for?" Then Bichel replied, "You bloody Indian, do as you're told." You are right Howsie, this is how a coach should behave with a player of the team. He should abuse the players, instead of giving any proper reply, if they ask him any question.

Right, Ajit is a 19 year old junior cricketer, and he has no right to question any decision taken by some support staff. :noway

I'm talking about their attitude

And exactly what do you want to say about their attitude? They are ill-mannered? Links to some incidents please which show that they are ill-mannered....

He wants more foreign players because the Indian players suck

That's why the Indians are topping each and every chart and the highest paid foreign guys are failing miserably.

Always two sides to every story. Not saying it is or isn't true, but as it stands only Indians have been telling their half of the story. Regarding Agarkar, for all we know he might have been a right pain in the arse and he had it coming. I know that our coach will snap at us for a small thing if we have not been giving 100% throughout training.

And after everything, I just want to make one thing clear. I'm not trying to say that Bichel's remark was a racist remark. Yes, it had some touch of "racism", but still it was not totally that..., "racist" will be too harsh an adjective to describe it. What I'm trying to say is that- this is just not the way how a coach should behave with a player. This type of arrogance- I'm the coach, I'm the boss- I can take any decision- this is just not it. Bichel should change his rude style of speaking- that comment was actually RUDE (not racist), real rude. If you want your team to perform, then you SHOULD BEHAVE WELL WITH THE PLAYERS, behaving like this- like some mafia or whatever- this just doesn't suit a coach. No wonder KKR is failing- one day the skipper bashing the coach, the other day the coach slamming a player- it's more like a circus than a cricket team  You are a coach, you should have the patience to explain the players why you are taking any decision, this is how a team gets built up- look at the Rajasthan Royals, look at the Deccan Chargers- they also have a foreign coach and a foreign captain- but, this is the key to their success. Unity- which KKR lacks. Look at Gilly, look at Warne- how they have shaped their teams, how they always encourage the young players, how modest they are despite being the skippers of their teams. Bichel should learn some modesty from Warney and Gilly, really shocking.
