Tendulkar can do anything.
his time can not end till he wants himself.

I disagree. An ODI double is out of his reach. He plays well, but he is not GOD.
He has had his chances to score the ODI doublebut he seems to have blown it due to his injuries.

8th of February 2010 is when an ODI double century will be scored. Brendon McCullum at his home ground. I'll be there and I'll tell yous all about it.

Only If NZL bat first :p

Imran Nazir would have got a double centry against Zimbabwe in World Cup 2007 when he scored 160 off 121 balls .. just 40 runs short:(

Thing is if Brendon McCullum can get 158 in a Twenty20 game there's no reason why a player can't make an ODI Double Century. 2 players have the highest score of 194

It'll be done one day by someone. No doubt. Unless of course ODI cricket dies or changes.

Sachin came close twice last year. Lets hope he stay fit and more ODI's against SL :rtfl:rtfl

Honestly thought this was a record Gilchrist would get, I thought it would be a formality but it never happened. Sehwag maybe? Id say it will happen in the subcontinent.

Sachins 175 against Australia is probably the best innings from a losing side I have seen in an ODI, I think also Hayden and his 181 was in a losing side too.
