Well, I think this incident alone deserves a thread to name and shame Randiv.
India needed 1 run to win in today's ODI against Sri Lanka. Sehwag was the batsman on 99*. I am going to quote Cricinfo :
If I could I would've posted a screenshot, it was a ridiculous no-ball. Is there any place or need for this ?
On a separate note, what are the worst pieces of sportsmanship you've seen in cricket ?
EDIT: Apologies for suggesting this IS the worst in cricket, just that I wanted to discuss examples of bad sportsmanship in cricket as well as this particular incident. Heh, okay the underarm incident is bad...but that was rightfully condemned. I think as an act in itself this is just as cynical.
EDIT 2: Yes, this match wasn't of huge consequence like the underarm incident. I'm even not bothered about a 100 not being shown on Sehwag's stats. It's just that I value the spirit of cricket , and this is completely against it. The bowler had nothing to gain from this.

"Chris Harris in the studio has no doubt it was a deliberate no-ball. Well it didn't look accidental. That back foot was where his front foot usually is
34.4 Randiv to Sehwag, 1 no ball, match is over, but Sehwag has been denied the century. And this is a big no-ball, must I point out? His back foot was close to over-steeping, forget about the front foot. Anyway Sehwag smashed it for six over long-off, but they don't count because the game finishes at no-ball. He raises his arms, but then realises the century is not completed. Doesn't matter to him. He says: "It often happens. When a batsman is on 99 and the scores are level, bowlers try to bowl no-balls and wides. It happens in cricket. Fair enough." What a man "
