2002 WCC CLUB WORLD CUP
2002 WCC Club World Cup is scheduled to be the second edition of the tournament after being taken over by the World Cricket Conference.
Previously known as the Super League, the tournament was originally incepted by the Cricket Board of India before they sold the rights to WCC.
Vanuatu will host the Club World Cup after successfully winning the bid to host the tournament at World Cricket Conference's 2002 Annual Summit.
Matches of the 2002 WCC Club World Cup will be played across four separate venues in Vanuatu, with the Independence Park in Port Vila hosting the final.
As tournament hosts, both the champions and the runners-up from Vanuatu's List A competition will feature in the 2002 WCC Club World Cup.
Rabat Al-Ittihad, champions from the previous edition, failed to qualify for the tournament following an abysmal showing in the 2002 Moroccan Cup.
