If you look and listen carefully you will see the ashes is not licenced in the way it was in cricket 22 and earlier games.There is no copyright on calling something the ashes.You only have to look at the logo they use.

Finally managed to win a match on medium difficulty.Have to say its now enjoyable to play and looks more and more like tennis.One thing i would say that in career mode its too easy to accidently sim a game you should be playing.Happend to me twice now maybe they could put a warning are you sure...

Have to say I am enjoying career mode.The game play is still a bit eccentric in certain areas and you wouldn't think you are watching a real tennis match but its certainly getting there and the roster of players is more than decent.

Game itself is much better and more enjoyable.Personally couldn't care less about pro team type features and for me that goes for all sports games.
