How is career mode now ? Improved after the lastest patches ?? I haven't played for almost 6 weeks. Worth spending time this weekend??

I guess BA forgot that there is something called career mode in Cricket 24. Am I right @MattW ?

@MattW IF AT ALL there is some new career mode features added in the patch in the future, will it be implemented in the already existing career mode?

I played the game after while yesterday, I had some frame rate issues in PS4 quite a lot. @MattW Is it a bug? Anybody have experienced this issue?

Great to see. I can't see any patch notes on this. Is it a steam only update?

Thanks @MattW for the update, please do give us some updates regarding the updates planned for Career mode enhancements. At the moment there isn't anything new compared to C22, it is so boring to play career mode in C24.

For the past 6-7 weeks, I haven't played in a while since I was on travel. But have kept a track of these patch notes, what I feel is that a lot of cosmetic things are being done in these patches rather than the addressing the gameplay issues. Am I right?

@MattW Still no love career mode in C24. The career mode looks and feels same like C22. The career mode has been a major reasons many people bought the game. If I remember correctly, it was one of the feature of the game BA proudly presented it in 2014-17. Sad to see it has not been taken care of.

Good suggestion but sadly these posts will not be visible to the concerned persons (BA representative or devs) even it is visible it will be beyond their own cricketing knowledge or logic. So all good suggestion end up as posts itself.

Seems like there is a new cricket game about to release. GOC - Gods of Cricket. Teaser of a game mode is just released, looks nice. Hope it has a good gameplay and animations. Admins, May be we need a new topic for that.

Ever since C19, I always had doubts how can a professional gaming studio mess up a game so much by patching (patches are meant to improve the game). Are they aware of what works in coding? and what doesn't work? Do devs fully aware of what is doable and what are their limitations? No I got the...

Sorry to disappoint you. You will not get any reply from them on this. Though we ask it as a customer and as someone with a genuine interest in the game, they don't pay any respect for the same. If you ask the same in BA forum, they will block or ban you, hope they can't do the same here. PS...

It's quite early to say if it is a competition to BA or not. But interesting development. Hope BA keeps an eye on this development and up the focus on their products and customers.

Hi friends, got some time today. Can somebody tell me how is the latest patch in PS4? Can I update it wait for next patch? If it is bugged with frustrating AI runouts or AI not running at all, I may stay away for time being.

Is it correct to say that BA starts to work only after we pay for the product? May be the volume of sales pushes them to clean the mess ?
