You can go to cricinfo or www.iccu19cricketworldcup.com , or www.gettyimages.com to get u-19 kits and perhaps make kits out of them for teams that haven't played ODIs (and at least get an idea of what their kits might look like had they played ODIs)...

I know that's what it looks like, but if you look at the bottom pic, they look like the same colour, but the top pic shows the top is yellow, so I made both yellow. But it seems that the uniform keeps on changing, so I'am on their waiting list for the release of the kits to the public for sale...
