THIS WORKED FOR ME BUT... The screenshot is misleading!! On the screenshot the ports forwarded read... 11614, 11615, and 11616 You actually need to forward ports 11514, 11515 and 11516!! (Well that worked for me!) I did forward 11614 11615 and 11616 as well though just in case.
