IPL 12 Apr - Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Mumbai Indians

Since AB is gone, Slogging must be a little harder, it's Mumbai's time now.
Anything upto 140 would be chaseable.

C'Mon Zack, time to prove yourself to your would be that you can win matches off your own.. :p
On a serious note, TeeDee batted well today. That six off Malinga in last over was unexpected. 140 should be defend-able.

Its interesting time, Zack v Tendlya :D.

rcb rcb rcb we can type 100 times the winners name but my hands are paining so i am stopping
IPL match result - RCB won by 139 runs mumbai allout

RCB is getting the treatment, Mumbai batsmen are taking the match away from them. Mithun needs to be taken out of attack asap and Dan should come in.

Mumbai won in a canter by 9 wkts with 9 balls to spare. Barring the opening game (which was also going one sided until KKR imploded), all games have been one sided and boring. Till now, this IPL is showing signs of being a flop.

Flop, really? TRPs prove it otherwise though. Was seeing Star News It think earlier today, it was 40% increase in the viewership. To be honest, I've quite enjoyed this one, maybe the most after the first one. Sure there are some things like all those fancy wordings for sixes, etc. But, it has been very less. I'm sure this one will pick up as far as the close contests are concerned once we get into 3-4 games for each team maybe.

Those could also be fabricated numbers. I would never believe the numbers completely when it comes from Indian media channels. Also I am calling it a flop as far as the intensity in the games and the closeness of the contests are concerned. The players look tired, and the intensity is not just there. Thats why we are seeing so many one sided contests. Hope the contests get closer as the tournament progresses, but the tired feeling among the players is there and I dont know how it can go with more games coming up.

I don't really know if it is the intensity or the quality of players in certain teams. Surely, we cannot get close matches one after the other. Agree there haven't been as exciting contests, but I'm loving some of the individual performances. Rayudu was exceptional today, Venugopal Rao played a fantastic knock earlier today. Going good for me at least this.

I have enjoyed watching this one rather than season 2 or 3 till now, the graphics this time are better than ever. Indian players(errr batsmen) are performing good, Mumbai is rolling over other teams etc. etc.

Coming to today's match, domination.:D

Mumbai Mumbai!! :clap

Great Sachin showing his class in all formats

Mumbai Indians played well today! But I'd like to request them to send Tirumalsetti Suman to his home town based franchisee Deccan Chargers due to the fact that they're lacking a decent local batsmen. Even I'd ask Pune to send out Manish Pandey & Robin Uthappa to RCB and let them play for Bangalore. When they have enough players, I don't understand what do they get by blocking players in their bench by paying them more money? Players should understand it first, not those franchisees. They're doing absolute business with cricket and players need money! But I feel its unfair to over sign in players and keep them in bench blocked where as few other teams are dying off lacking a decent player. I'm sure Suman will get a match or two or maximum 5 matches, if he stays with Mumbai, and that too, at no. 7 with an over or two to spare. If he plays for DC, he'll get chance to play anchoring role in every match.

The undoubted winner of IPL 2011 is Mumbai Indians (or may be, Pune), they have blocked many players with them, crippling that particular players' previous team badly.

Then you should give more importance to MI in that list too ;).
