The way the drafting will work is this:
To begin, we will have 5 rounds of 1 pick each round.

However, the picks for every second round will be in the reverse order, to make it fair for everyone regardless of draft position.
So the order will look like this

After these 5 rounds are completed there will be 5 rounds of 2 picks each round. The picks will work the same way, meaning the order will be:

After this round is completed each person will have a squad of 15 players.
These players can be traded between teams (see the trading topic for details)
Each person has 2 days to take their turn. If they do not meet this deadline, they forfeit that pick and use it at their next turn.
With your first round pick please also choose a home ground, which will determine the conditions in which your team plays their home games. Please also post what country your pick is from. While selecting your squad bear in mind that each player must play a minimum of 2 first class and 2 one day games over the course of the season.
