Probably both Gamebience and Mindstorm are contractually obliged to wait until ea and codemasters/red mile have released their games as part of the deal when they purchased the engines.

Ha, ha. Read between the lines man. Take a look at comparison screen shots, plus dont forget Babar Ahmed's (CEO of MS) interview whereby he says " The core of the game is supported by a heavily customized version of a commercial 3D engine". Anything ringing bells, any light bulbs flickering on? If he tells you any different you should really be asking questions at the very least.

Anywho, I'm fully aware baseball's a very yank, dumbed down attempt at the complex,beautiful game that is cricket (of course of which i mean test cricket!) but has anyone taken a look at 2ksports MLB 2k9 (there is a demo, albeit large)? This is the direction presentation wise cricket games should be heading in, absolutely leagues ahead of BLIC2007 and EA's last few pitiful attempts!
