Here's the toss. Jayawardena calls heads and it lands heads.
Jayawardena has won the toss and he chooses to bat. Sri Lanka will be batting, while Zimbabwe will be fielding first. Let's have a look at the line-ups for each side.

Zimbabwe started the first over not so well until Kyle Jarvis bowled a beauty to Munawerra and got him out lbw. Mahela the captain himself and Dilshan put up a promising partnership, which exploded the Zimbabwe bowling line-up. They put a score of 180 for 6 after 20 overs. Very hard to get against Sri Lanka.

Some of the highlights

Zimbabwe needed 180 runs to win in a run rate of 9 runs. Early wickets by Lasith Malinga and Nuwan Kulasekara put the Zimbabwe batsmen in a pressure. Excellent bowling by the Sri Lankian's got Zimbabwe all out for 60.

Australia vs Ireland

Watson gave Australia the most brilliant start ever in T20 history

It was a good toss to win and Bailey straight away said he wanted to bat. Shane Watson started off brilliantly, scoring at a rate of 375%. It was so brilliant to watch him play. But he had to depart when he was bowled by Kevin O'Brien. Nobody else picked up themselves up instead of Cameron White, which played a good knock to get them a score of 196 from 20 overs. So Ireland needed 197 runs to win, which is hard to get against Australian bowlers.

William Porterfield can only watch the bowl go through

Ireland started off on a run rate of 7 runs, which was a pretty good start. But just at 16 runs; William Porterfield had to go to the pavilion. Things went slow after that. Gary Wilson and Paul Stirling played a good knock but just wasn't enough because of the lack of support they got. 20 overs were gone and they got 121 on the scoreboard.

Update: Afghanistan vs India

Afghanistan; 139-8 after 20 overs
India; 142-3 after 13.1 overs
India win by 7 wickets

Brilliant performances by Bradd Hogg, Watto & Cameron White. Also, one thing I can bet that in THIS World Twenty20 no centuries will be scored. I've paid the players for that. :spy

And some suggestion's for you regarding the presentation.

* Present the first and the second innings separately.
* Write more.
* I know that your vocabulary is better than that of mine, but you use to simple sentences :P. For Ex. - You've written "So Ireland needed 197 runs to win, which is hard to get against Australian bowlers."

You can use these kinds of words - "So Ireland needed 197 runs to secure two points, which is definitely difficult/not easy to get against Australian bowlers. "

Hope you don't mind.

Good Luck for the story. Cheers :)
