I am not sure why NZ have reposed a lot of faith in Southee. He has been very poor in ODIs for a long time now. Expected him to be replaced by Jamieson today, but wasn't to be.

It’s because everything is in Pakistan’s favor. They could have been bowled out earlier but they put in such a crucial partnership and more importantly wasted time.

Now see it will start raining and you need minimum 20 overs for result. Once it starts raining it wont stop and boom Pakistan is in.
