5th Test: England vs Australia at the Brit Oval

Can't believe we have to play a 7 match ODI series and 2 T20s. The only thing that would make it interesting is if we actually brought a few more youngsters over. Having the same mob that just lost the Ashes is a depressing sight.

Clark's last test match?
Possibly mate. I'm expecting him to get one more go against Pakistan at least.

Does Strauss have a lazy eye? Noticed something weird about his eyes in the presentation.

Congratulations to England for a wonderful show of aggression and hard work. Australians were fools not to have played hauritz. Any one could tell that pitch would spin.
Good bye Freddie.

Missing last night's forum banter was so worth it cos I got absolutely tanned :D

England are going to get it absolutely handed to them by South Africa.

Just gotta say this: We lost to South Africa not England!

We're all devastated mate. It's amazing how no one at school even mentioned it. Only a couple of calls of 'how ████ are australia'. But yeah,Aussie cricket isn't really a big thing at my school. I was devastated waking up this morning. Even though I went to bed with the Ashes all gone when we were 5 down. To actually see the celebrations and the looks of the England players just made me feel empty inside. Amazing how Hussey celebrated as well. I'm going to make the call that he was playing for himself and not the team. He would've taken that personal glory in scoring the hundred of an Ashes win.

We lost wickets at crucial times and that cost us. I don't think we could of won but it might of dragged the game out a bit longer.

I believe Hussey's celebration was more a sense of relief. The guy hasn't scored a hundred since last year's tour to India, that's a damn long time. It would of been fitting for him to be not out at the end of the innings.

Yup, you're right. Playing against a side with 1 player brought up in South African cricket can definitely be described as "losing to South Africa". England has always had players born all over the world - it's a remnant of empire.

People think cricket is the number 1 sport in Australia, It isn't. Probably 3rd or 4th.

"In 2007, a survey by Sweeney Sports found that 59% of the Australian public have an interest in cricket, second to none."

It is Australia's favourite sport, that coming from Wikipedia.

You have 4 players born in RSA.
