Hmm squad of 15 so far..

Sounds like it will be a pretty lengthy season. Better nominate people that are online frequently. In that case I'll drop the Twenty20s and take the One Day league - I'll get the matches done fairly quickly.

Will the people simulating get to choose the XI or will we have a selector(s)??

we will have selectors voted by the players.
it will be a selector among the team and there will be a selector for each competition.
and i believe nearly everyone who has signed up has a story of their own and will be online frequently so no problems there.
are you thinking of playing the matches or auto playing them azza as playing them would probably be better so you can post screenies of the wickets
