To my knowledge, yes they can unlock your account, and you will get your team back as it was.

Good good, well I got a reply saying they will give me a proper reply when they get time :S and its been 4 days u think they are going to reply or have they just blanked me completely ?!

compliment the game, i.e say that you love the game and really want to get bakc to playing it,

if you dont want to sound like a suck up, say that you are saying it, and actually say i dont want it to sound fake, or like a suck up

well i did that once with my previous team...Srilanka R us...lol...and got fined 200,000...lol...than my brother created an account and i forgot to inform that and they thought i had did it again and banned me...
