Leave it then. You can fix it using Topaz Vivacity but then I'd be lazy and not do it.

That doesn't exist I believe, but Topaz DeNoise and Topaz InFocus works quite well, not tried them but the results shared by Topaz seem promising.
The redner looks great, you can also get great stocks from Zimbio.
