Age of Empire-3 problem

Just got AOE-3 ,installed it but it just doesnt run.

It says that I have 8 MB graphics installed in my PC but I have a 64 MB GeForce MX 440 graphic card.

Here is a screenie of the problem
Can anybody of you help plz ???????

Have u tried clicking on attempt to run bcos I had the same problem but when I clicked atempt to run the game worked and still it is working fine.
