40 is too much for a batsman mate. Players like Kallis, Sachin and Hussey it is good but other batsman should be rated 35-36...
18 is too less for Pure bowlers. The best bowlers should be rated 25 and others higher

40 is only for the likes of Tendulkar, Ponting, Smith, Sangakkara, Kallis, Hussey and some more I guess. But even the form is playing the role in this one as Mumbai have been in very good form especially Sachin and Smith have been the best batsmen of the season so far.

Ok I am reducing every batsmen's average by 5. This was just one game when a team reached 400 this season and in ODI cricket teams do reach 400 so I guess there is nothing unreal about it.
