Hello and Welcome to the Official Thread of The Intel Indian HexaLeague.
The Intel IHL is a simulated Cricketing Sensation. It is an e-Cricket tournament which runs in the OD and FC formats of the game, considering India already has a star studded IPL in the T20 format. What are you waiting for, Grab your team NOW!

The players will be distributed among the teams in three phases, viz, local signing in, national draft and overseas draft. Since IPL had an adverse effect on Indian cricket, this time, the BCCI is planning for only 4 overseas players, unlike in IPL, where you get to see 10 overseas players, those too, if the owners are interested to spend their vCash of 500 for each of their overseas player. Few rules are yet to be fine tuned, which will allow teams to sign in 5-6 overseas players as well.

@Zakistan: I don't mind you taking in, but can you work with some manager as a co-manager. Considering your experience is not even 5 months in planetcricket, I wish it would be fine, if you were a co-owner with (possibly Ahmed Shah), so that you could come to know all the tactics to be used while drafting. The vCash is included too, which means you will need to have bit better bank balance. So, I advice you to work with Ahemad Shah or anyone else, before you take the full team straight away.

I really do want to join this league as a manager but if I was to have a co-manager, I'd kind of want to have biggest responsibilty of the two (e.g. deciding line-ups etc). If I co-managed with somebody then I suppose they would just be there to guide me... Would that be OK?

Well this is not yet another league. You will have lots more responsibilities, spending bounty on various things, investing vCash and getting it back, taking care of pitch types for each home game, etc etc. So, submitting XI is just a formality before the match, but its not everything!

Others too, I advice you people to patch up into two members, so that the things go easier for you (one, who manages the team and the other, who manages administration stuff).

I'll write a huge post on what are the other various activities you can involve in, which can be briefly classified into few sub headings like Players Training, stadium maintenance, sponsorship management, getting more number of fans/like ladder as in BBL, etc etc.
