i recently heard he has been dropped from the Asian cup 08 after the controversial catch but the say he need to develop his behind stumps skills


is he really dropped ?

as i said earlier they are going to suffer a lot a aggressive batsmen is lost for the series

For one-I never really liked Kamran. And well, it does give Pak an opportunity to try out other keepers. I really would like to see someone like Sarfraz or even Zulqarnain donning the keeper's gloves in a Test.

I personally think Akmal sucks. His wicketkeeping is terrible to say the least, his batting is hit and miss.

Perhaps he can play as a pure batsman?

I think its a good move. Nothing to do with the incident in the past week or so, he just needs to get his head straight. He's been very mediocre for a very long time, and we all know he's capable of so much more.

It's fair decision. Kamran should have been dropped after the tour of England. Nevertheless, he has improved his batting, but his wicket is what worry us. Good Decision by PCB.
